Our luxury Villa is fully air-conditioned and has a fully monitored alarm system plus key code safe, situated on the Indian Ridge Development, this was once a former Indian Reservation but is now home to some of the most spacious, luxurious properties in the Orlando area, and should not be classed with many others advertised.
There is a family room plus lounge area and dining room with the four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one on suite)
The Villa is fully furnished and has everything you will need to enjoy your vacation along with a large flat screen TV plus Blu-ray Disc player linked to the internet for film and music access and can stream downloaded movies from the PC, there are also TV’s in all bedrooms plus portable radio CD player.
The PC printer/scanner and web camera are all set up with free high speed internet access so you can keep in touch with your family and friends via Skype or email etc.
Externally we have our own private screened pool, (which can be heated at extra cost if required) from which at night it is possible to watch the fireworks of Disney on the horizon. In addition we have within our secluded rear garden a gas Barbecue for alfresco cooking, sun loungers and reclining chairs are provided as well as superior large external table with six chairs.
The double width garage houses the utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer, the garage door is electrically operated.
All linen hand towels and pool towels are included, both bathrooms have a hairdryer.
No pets are allowed on premises and No Smoking allowed within the property.

Baby equipment is included at No Extra Charge (Crib, High Chair and push chair) the price we charge is not per person but for the house.
