Please read carefully before booking your stay.
Send us your dates using the booking form on the availability page or by email. Your booking is confirmed once we have confirmed availability and price with you in writing.
Your dates are provisionally held for 72 hours until receipt of a 20% non-refundable deposit. The deposit is deducted from the full rental cost of the villa.
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, so the villa can be prepared to our standards for the next guests.
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. The price we charge is for the house, not per person. Baby equipment — a crib, high chair and push chair — is included at no extra charge.
The villa has its own private screened pool, which can be heated at an extra cost if required. Children must be supervised around the pool at all times.
No pets are allowed on the premises, and no smoking is allowed within the property.
Free high-speed internet access, all linen, hand towels and pool towels, hairdryers in both bathrooms, and use of the washer, tumble dryer and natural gas barbecue.
We strongly recommend that all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation and medical cover, for their trip.
The owners and management company accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay, to the extent permitted by law.
