A Real Home-from-Home
Our luxury villa, The Indian Retreat, is fully air-conditioned and has a fully monitored alarm system plus key-code safe. It is situated on the Indian Ridge Development — once a former Indian Reservation, now home to some of the most spacious, luxurious properties in the Orlando area — and should not be classed with many others advertised.
There is a family room plus lounge area and dining room, with the four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite). The villa is fully furnished and has everything you will need to enjoy your vacation — a large flat-screen Smart TV in the family room with all popular streaming apps, ready for your own login details, plus smaller Smart TVs in all bedrooms.
Free high-speed internet access is available throughout the villa, so everyone can stream, browse and keep in touch with family and friends back home.
Externally we have our own private screened pool (which can be heated at extra cost if required) — at night it is possible to watch the fireworks of Disney on the horizon. In our secluded rear garden there is a natural gas BBQ for alfresco cooking — we simply ask guests to clean it after use and leave it as they would wish to find it; grill mats are provided along with BBQ tools. Sun loungers and reclining chairs are provided, plus a superior large external table with six chairs.
The double-width garage houses the utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer, and the garage door is electrically operated. All linen, hand towels and pool towels are included, and both bathrooms have a hairdryer.
